I would tell her how you feel, and stay in contact with her. Trust me long distance relationships rarely ever work, especially in the beggining, so keep talking to her, stay friends and see how it pans after you get back. She may decide to date someone else, but it might not last, and if you two really click before you leave she may just wait a few months for you to get back.
