What happens if you run with Osgood Slaughters?

It is completely possible to run through Osgood Schlatters. You should elevate the knee for about 10 minutes after running, and get used to wearing a knee brace for the next 6 months (give or take). If you're younger (under 35) you might not have issues after a while. If you're older (over 35) you might have recurring pain. After a while, Osgood Schlatters only hurts if you hit the bump on something, and after about a year of having it, it becomes an afterthought. In summary, you'll have pain while running for 6-12 months, and then you'll get used to having Osgood Schlatters.
