Is it so complicated to see they are not killing whales for research?

If they are permitted to slaughter whales for research under the law. They need to change the guidelines around those who clearly are not researching and just in it for making a lot of money with the killing of these innocent mammals who do not deserve this horrible fate. We live in strange times, where so many species of animals are being removed from the biological ecosystem for profit, This is a disgusting behavior or act that can easily became a hunger to hunt humans.
