Over 55 Million Spanish speaking Latinos now in USA, do I have to know Spanish if I wanna go to USA?!?

I have not been for years. would love to go. how would i communicate with the locals? wow USA is changing alright lol, in europe we have muslims but not as many as america has Mexicans. wow and you Yanks say we're being overrun lol!
