Ridiculous tan lines?!?

as the weather gets hotter...my shorts get shorter. the tan lines of the varying lengths of my shorts and very visible and im just a spectrum of brown and tan lol how do i fix this? i dont want my brown parts ot get darker...i just want the not so brown parts to catch up with the rest of my body!
