Is it ok to bike 6 miles in 100 degree weather?

i'm going to the beach with my friends tomorrow but it's supposed to be 100 degrees out and super humid and i don't have a ride so i have to bike. it's 6 miles away...do you think i'd be ok biking or would i get to tired/hot?
