What's the fastest/easiest way to eliminate spam from an old Yahoo Mail account?

I have a Yahoo Mail account that became overrun w/ spam years ago. I get like 10-20 spam emails a day on it, going to my inbox instead of spam folder. I want to start using this account again, but don't want to deal w/ the spam. What's the best way of getting rid of this crap??
